Kate's Clients came to her to design this Waterfront Barndominium as the first installment of the development of their land. The intention for this residence was to be low maintenance with sleek design elements throughout. Natural white on the walls with black accents allow the natural wood and simple textiles within the interior to pop while the vast window package and elevated design allows the stunning waterfront views to be on full display.
